Project Manager – Infrastructure & Modernization 

The Project Manager drives execution of large-scale modernization initiatives including data center migrations, network re-architecture, security enhancements, and regulatory uplift programs across core financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-million dollar infrastructure programs with multiple vendors and workstreams.
• Coordinate technical delivery with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk logs, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive executive communications, status reporting, and governance alignment.
• Ensure projects adhere to regulatory standards and audit readiness.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years in IT project/program management.
• Deep experience in financial infrastructure modernization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and critical system uptime requirements.
