Infrastructure Engineer – Data Center Modernization 

The Infrastructure Engineer leads strategic data center modernization initiatives supporting core banking workloads, payments, and high-availability platforms. This includes designing compliant, secure, hybrid infrastructures while ensuring uninterrupted financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for modernizing and consolidating aging infrastructure to hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
• Plan and execute phased migration of core banking workloads, ensuring transactional integrity and minimal downtime.
• Implement infrastructure automation and hardening in line with PCI and FFIEC cybersecurity controls.
• Engineer high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity architectures.
• Work closely with operations, application, and cybersecurity teams to align on SLAs, RTO/RPO, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering.
• Deep VMware, Linux/Windows Server, and networking expertise.
• Automation with Ansible, Terraform.
• Data center migration experience in regulated financial environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory audits and reporting.
