PREs drive operational excellence across hybrid platforms supporting payment, lending, and digital banking functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed reliability practices (SLOs, error budgets) into platform design.
• Automate monitoring, failover, and incident response.
• Partner with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to harden systems.
• Reduce operational risk through proactive improvements.

Required Skills:

• SRE/DevOps background.
• Knowledge of high-availability patterns in financial systems.
• Strong incident response skills.
