Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room
Location: Bronx, NY 10461
Type: Contract
Shift: 3×12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night)
Pay Rate: $65 - $70/hr
Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room for an exciting job in Bronx, NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform rapid triage and prioritize patient care based on severity.
Administer medications, monitor vitals, and assist with emergency procedures.
Respond to critical events including trauma, cardiac arrest, and acute illnesses.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Follow hospital protocols, safety, and infection control standards.
Ensure emergency equipment and supplies are prepared and functional.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of ER or critical care experience strongly preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and multitasking abilities.
