Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – CT
Location: Syracuse, NY 13210
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $55–$60/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Radiologic Technologist – CT for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic radiologic and CT examinations under the supervision of radiologists.
Greet, prepare, and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
Set appropriate scanning and exposure parameters to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Apply proper radiation safety practices to minimize patient and staff exposure.
Operate, monitor, and maintain Siemens CT imaging equipment efficiently.
Report equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor.
Process and archive images, document findings, and assist with billing using Radiology Information System (RIS).
Follow departmental protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver optimal imaging services.
Qualifications:
Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist license/registration.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT/MRI technologist in a healthcare setting.
Experience with Siemens CT scanners preferred.
