Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele
Location: Canton, OH 44708
Shift: Night – 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
Duration: 13 Weeks (High potential for extension)
Type: Travel or Local Contract [LOCALS ALSO ACCEPTED]
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med-Surg/Telemetry to provide high-quality care in Canton, Ohio. This position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations on a med-surg/telemetry floor.
Perform ongoing patient assessments and respond to clinical changes promptly.
Collaborate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals.
Document nursing interventions accurately in compliance with facility standards.
Promote safety, comfort, and quality of care for all assigned patients.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (required).
Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact License (in hand).
Certifications:
BLS – AHA
ACLS – AHA
NIHSS
