Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Cleveland, OH 44195
Job Type: Contract | Travel or Local
Shift Options:
• Day – 3×12-Hour (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
• Night – 3×12-Hour (07:00 PM – 07:30 AM)
Rotation may be required based on operational needs
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend up to 15–16 weeks based on candidate preference)
Compensation:
• Travelers (50+ miles from facility): $2,500 – $2,600 per week
• Locals (within 50 miles): $60 – $62 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry for an exciting job in Cleveland, OH.
Deliver comprehensive bedside care to adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
Accurately monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; promptly respond to abnormalities.
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders, following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute and evaluate individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and discharge planning.
Document all care activities accurately within EPIC or equivalent EMR.
Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
License: Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license (required)
Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (required)
Experience: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel or perm)
Oncology/Chemotherapy background preferred (training available for eligible candidates)
