Job Title: Surgical Technologist

Pay Rate: $40 to $50/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Surgical Technologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating room with surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and solutions.
Maintain sterility during procedures according to hospital policy and AORN standards.
Perform scrub technician functions for all surgical specialties.
Pass instruments and sterile supplies to the surgeon and assistants.
Hold retractors, cut sutures, count sponges, needles, and instruments.
Care for and dispose of specimens for lab analysis.
Apply surgical dressings.
Assist in patient transport and positioning for surgery.
Operate sterilizers, lights, suction, and other diagnostic equipment.
Assist in restocking and turnover of the operating room for the next procedure.
Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.
Respect patient privacy, dignity, and safety.
