Position Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: New York City Metropolitan Area (One of the five boroughs)
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Salary Range: $290,000 – $350,000 annually
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Chief Operating Officer for an exciting job in New York City Metropolitan Area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, development, and evaluation of programs, policies, and goals established by the CEO.
Supervise the implementation of operational programs and coordinate between facility staff and corporate leadership.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements for healthcare delivery.
Recommend purchases, equipment replacements, and capital projects in alignment with organizational policies.
Conduct interdepartmental meetings to maintain effective communication across all departments.
Support the CEO in fostering relationships with professional organizations, agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Participate in developing and implementing management reporting systems for planning and evaluation.
Promote a culture of accountability and service excellence through staff performance management and feedback.
Develop, prepare, and monitor annual operating, expense, and revenue budgets.
Oversee budgetary compliance and approve operational expenditures.
Serve as Acting CEO in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Medical Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum six (6) years of senior-level experience in business or public administration, or as a Hospital Administrator with direct responsibility for total or major hospital operations.
Extensive knowledge of hospital administration, operations, and applicable laws/regulations.
