Location: New York City Metropolitan Area (One of the five boroughs)
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Salary Range: $290,000 – $350,000 annually

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Chief Operating Officer for an exciting job in New York City Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, development, and evaluation of programs, policies, and goals established by the CEO.

  • Supervise the implementation of operational programs and coordinate between facility staff and corporate leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements for healthcare delivery.

  • Recommend purchases, equipment replacements, and capital projects in alignment with organizational policies.

  • Conduct interdepartmental meetings to maintain effective communication across all departments.

  • Support the CEO in fostering relationships with professional organizations, agencies, and regulatory bodies.

  • Participate in developing and implementing management reporting systems for planning and evaluation.

  • Promote a culture of accountability and service excellence through staff performance management and feedback.

  • Develop, prepare, and monitor annual operating, expense, and revenue budgets.

  • Oversee budgetary compliance and approve operational expenditures.

  • Serve as Acting CEO in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Medical Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum six (6) years of senior-level experience in business or public administration, or as a Hospital Administrator with direct responsibility for total or major hospital operations.

  • Extensive knowledge of hospital administration, operations, and applicable laws/regulations.
