The Professional Services Contract Manager oversees the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiation and execution. 

• Ensure contractual compliance and performance monitoring. 

• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and vendor management teams. 

• Support financial and investment analysis for contract decisions. 

• Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Strong experience in contract development and management. 

• Knowledge of procurement and compliance best practices. 

• Familiarity with financial and investment principles. 

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 

• Understanding of Agile and traditional contract delivery models.
