Technology Operations Telecommunication Engineer 

The Technology Operations Telecommunication Engineer designs and supports telephony and communications systems, including voice, radio, and microwave networks. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement telecommunication systems using Avaya and Cisco platforms. 

• Support digital voice, radio, microwave, and cable plant infrastructure. 

• Participate in the development of radio tower sites and permitting processes. 

• Troubleshoot and optimize telecommunications infrastructure. 

• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Strong experience with Avaya and Cisco telephony systems. 

• Knowledge of digital voice, radio, and microwave communications. 

• Familiarity with cabling infrastructure (Cu and FO). 

• Experience with network integration and security. 

• Strong problem-solving skills.
