Job Title: BEST Program Security Analyst

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Position Summary:
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking BEST Program Security Analyst for an exciting in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
Implement security policies, processes, and standards for end-user roles, data access, and user provisioning/de-provisioning.
Provide operational support for technical teams, vendors, and end users.
Identify security requirements and perform risk and impact assessments.
Facilitate communication between users, vendors, and technical teams using issue tracking tools.
Develop operational support playbooks and maintain security operations documentation.
Configure and monitor security controls throughout the user lifecycle.
Advise stakeholders on security roles, permissions, and access management.
Monitor security logs and reports for anomalies and assist with incident resolution.
Stay current with security standards, regulations, and emerging threats; recommend remedial actions.
Support implementation of system security profiles, including identity and access management, workflow roles, and transaction controls.
Required Skills:
Operational security support experience in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), RBAC, network security, SaaS/cloud security, and data protection.
Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
Understanding of information risk, security frameworks (ISO 2700x, NIST, ITIL, COBIT), and financial systems security.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with mainstream operating systems, network infrastructure, and security technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SaaS/cloud implementations and operational security support.
Knowledge of audit, compliance, or governance processes.
Experience with Microsoft security tools and Snowflake security functions.
Exposure to large-scale financial systems security requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience in security, audit, or risk management.
