Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist – Diagnostic
Location: Bronx, NY 10461
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
Position Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist – Diagnostic to join a leading healthcare facility in the Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will assist interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality diagnostic imaging outcomes.
Assist interventional radiologists during minimally invasive, image-guided procedures.
Operate and maintain specialized imaging and angiographic equipment.
Administer contrast dyes while monitoring for patient safety and allergic reactions.
Ensure accurate imaging and documentation throughout procedures.
Support interventional procedures such as balloon angioplasty, stenting, and other vascular interventions.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols, radiation protection standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution.
Minimum 1 year of experience with angiographic equipment and interventional procedures.
Valid NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist License.
Current AHA BLS certification.
Advanced ARRT certification in one of the following specialties:
ARRT (CI) – Cardiac Interventional Radiography
ARRT (CV) – Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography
ARRT (VI) – Vascular Interventional Radiography
