The Technology Operations Release Manager coordinates deployments of infrastructure, telephony, and network upgrades, ensuring controlled and secure release processes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage release schedules for infrastructure and network changes.
Coordinate deployments across system, network, and telecommunication teams.
Ensure rollback and contingency plans are in place.
Maintain release documentation and change records.
Monitor post-release performance and address issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience managing releases in infrastructure and network environments.
Familiarity with Avaya, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity platforms.
Understanding of change management and release governance.
