The Technology Operations System Architect defines and oversees the technical architecture for enterprise infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across data centers, telephony, and network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architecture for data centers, network infrastructure, telephony systems, and identity and access management solutions.
• Design high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance for Avaya, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity environments.
• Ensure seamless integration with cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Establish standards for infrastructure, networking, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in infrastructure architecture and integration.
• Experience with Cisco and Avaya networks and telephony.
• Knowledge of VMware, Nutanix, and Cohesity technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS platforms.
• Experience designing identity and access management solutions.
