Decision Support Developer

Location - Tacoma, WA

The Decision Support Developer designs and develops data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical applications that power business intelligence and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Build ETL processes to load data into HANA, Snowflake, and other data repositories.
Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI platforms.
Integrate spatial data from ESRI systems into data visualization tools.
Collaborate with analysts and architects on data modeling and optimization.
Implement secure and efficient data workflows across platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience developing in SAP HANA environments.
Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and data transformation tools.
Familiarity with Snowflake and big data technologies.
Understanding of ESRI GIS data and APIs.
Strong coding and debugging skills.
