The Business Automation Quality Assurance Manager ensures delivery of stable, secure, and reliable business automation systems through structured quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement QA standards for SAP and associated platforms.
Oversee test strategy, execution, and defect management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
Monitor QA metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure solutions align with regulatory and security requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of QA methodologies for SAP and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with RecordPoint, SharePoint, ARIBA, Accela, and Clevest.
Experience leading QA teams in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of testing automation tools and processes.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
