Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Chief Nursing Officer for an exciting job in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Valid New York State RN license (candidates with pending license will be considered).

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration or related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of nursing experience, with at least 6 years in administration or management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

  • Demonstrated success in improving patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and workforce engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily nursing operations to ensure safe, patient-centered, high-quality care.

  • Develop and implement strategic nursing management plans aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Direct and evaluate performance improvement programs, measuring outcomes against strategic benchmarks.

  • Provide research-based recommendations to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, medical staff, and departments to implement clinical integration strategies and nursing policies.

  • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of nursing personnel; ensure credentialing, competencies, and ongoing education.

  • Build strong staff partnerships and maintain productive forums for engagement.

  • Advocate for nursing roles across leadership forums and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care and identify future needs in technology, systems, and equipment.

  • Ensure adherence to state, federal, and professional regulations, addressing legal, ethical, and public policy issues.

  • Manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets in partnership with senior nursing and administrative staff.
