Job Title: Senior Cloud Data Engineer
Location: Quincy, MA (Onsite Role)

Position Overview:
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Senior Cloud Data Engineer for an exciting Local job in Quincy, MA.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop cloud-based data management systems.
Build and implement data pipelines within decentralized data architectures (Data Mesh).
Ensure compliance with data security policies while designing cloud data solutions.
Collaborate with teams to architect scalable, high-performance cloud data solutions.
Evaluate and recommend cloud products and services for efficient data storage, curation, and processing.
Monitor and optimize cloud data platform performance.
Implement and maintain data governance processes in the cloud.
Document cloud data engineering strategies, designs, and best practices.
Lead team design sessions and facilitate technical decisions.
Provide guidance on ETL requirements, data integration, and data layer design.
Ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in cloud data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling, ETL, and enterprise systems.
Strong experience with decentralized data architectures (Data Mesh).
3-5 years developing cloud-based (AWS) data solutions.
5+ years with cloud database platforms, such as Snowflake.
Experience creating and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines.
Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
Experience with Informatica (IICS), Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Airflow (orchestration).
Knowledge of system administration, database administration, storage architectures, backup/recovery, and networking.
Experience working with sensitive healthcare information (HIPAA compliance).
Strong communication skills for technical and business discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS or Cloud Data Engineer Certification.
Snowflake certification.
Experience with Cognos and/or Tableau reporting.
