Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg provides professional nursing care to patients requiring treatment for a variety of medical and surgical conditions. The RN plays a vital role in ensuring patient safety, accurate assessments, and effective communication with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient status.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families about discharge and home care.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Licenses & Certifications:
Active RN license (GA).
Current BLS certification required.
