Pay Rate: $2,382.12 / week

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg delivers patient-centered care to adults with medical and surgical needs. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for medical and post-surgical cases.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and perform routine nursing procedures.
Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and care plans.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
Strong assessment, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
Licenses & Certifications:
Active RN license (NJ).
Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
