Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Contract)
Location: Snellville, GA
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)
Shift: 5x8 Day Shifts
Pay: $2,074 weekly gross
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment. The therapist will provide direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and support patients in achieving optimal mobility and function.
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatient orthopedic patients.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate.
Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day with expectations of 60 visits per week.
Handle follow-up visits with occasional double-booking.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy (minimum requirement).
Outpatient experience strongly preferred.
Current BLS certification (AHA required).
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
13-week assignment, with possible extension.
Outpatient general orthopedics patient population.
