Pay Rate: $48 to $53 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Locust Grove, GA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, exercise routines, and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatment progress.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Outpatient experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
CPR/BLS certification is a plus.
