Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Houma, LA.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients.
• Perform therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to support recovery.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Louisiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
