Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Grants Pass, OR.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for a variety of outpatient conditions
• Provide patient education on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
• Assist in ensuring clinic flow and maintaining patient scheduling efficiency
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory):

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of practice
• CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to float between clinics if needed
