Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Lawrenceville, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals.
Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.
Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment as needed.
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to support long-term recovery.

Requirements:

Active Georgia Physical Therapist license.
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; outpatient experience preferred.
Current BLS certification (AHA).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
