Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Location: Cumming, GA
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Duration: 13-week contract
Pay Rate: $48 – $53/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery for an exciting Travel or Local job in Cumming, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum stages.
• Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs, identifying complications promptly.
• Administer medications and assist with epidurals, inductions, and emergency procedures.
• Educate patients and families on the childbirth process and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, AWHONN (Intermediate or Advanced).
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
