Overview:
Navitas Healthcare is hiring a System Chief Nursing Executive to oversee nursing services across multiple sites. Prior CNO leadership experience in acute care is required. This role is responsible for building a cohesive nursing vision, improving outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence across the healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-site nursing operations with a focus on strategic alignment.
• Establish best practices for patient care delivery and staff engagement.
• Manage budgets and resources at the system level.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Serve as the executive voice of nursing in governance and strategy.

Qualifications:

• RN licensure in New York.
• Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNO.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in acute care hospital systems.
• Expertise in unionized workforce management and organizational redesign.
