Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Clinical Nursing Executive to serve as the strategic leader of nursing across our system. The ideal candidate will have prior CNO experience and an extensive background in acute care leadership. This executive role influences policy, fosters innovation, and ensures that nursing teams consistently deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a vision for nursing excellence across departments.
• Build and sustain evidence-based clinical practices.
• Collaborate with executive peers to shape organizational priorities.
• Direct recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff.
• Ensure financial stewardship and operational efficiency.
• Spearhead initiatives to optimize patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• RN license (New York).
• Master’s in Nursing/Healthcare Leadership; Doctoral degree highly valued.
• Prior CNO background essential.
• 6+ years of healthcare executive leadership in acute care.

Strong communication, change management, and strategic leadership skills.
