Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Contract)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $48 – $53 per hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Preferred: Prior outpatient physical therapy experience.
