Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Contract)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in West Chester, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as appropriate.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility strategies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
Preferred: Prior outpatient physical therapy experience.
