Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery for an exciting job in Fort Myers, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery with a focus on high-acuity situations
• Maintain patient ratios of 1–2:1
• Perform continuous fetal monitoring using Epic EMR
• Adhere to unit policies and documentation requirements
• Float to other units/campuses as assigned
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring class required; Advanced Fetal Monitoring and EFM certification preferred
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5+ years of experience in L&D
• Ability to handle high-acuity patients
