Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking LPN / LVN – Long Term Care for an exciting job in Utica, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a 40-bed long-term care facility
Manage patient care for populations including MS, orthopedic, dementia, and memory care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document care accurately using PointClickCare EMR
Float to all units within the facility as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality resident care

Requirements:

Current LPN/LVN license in New York
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
BLS certification
Willingness to float across units
Ability to work every other weekend
