Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab for an exciting job in Cape Coral, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services for patients with orthopedic rehab needs (back/neck pain, extremity pain, and post-op rehab)
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
Document patient care using Epic EMR
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Float to other campuses as assigned, functioning as core staff

Requirements:

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of outpatient rehab experience
BLS certification required
Experience or specialization in pelvic floor rehab preferred
Interest or experience in aquatic therapy is a plus
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from facility
