Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Operating Room  for an exciting job in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for surgical patients across 21 main OR rooms and 6 ambulatory OR rooms (floating as needed)
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams in complex procedures including trauma, neuro/crani (burr hole required), ortho-trauma, spine, vascular, general (open belly), GYN, GU/cyst, and select ENT cases
• Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols
• Accurately document patient care, surgical details, and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Georgia (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Strong skills in neuro, trauma, ortho-trauma, spine, vascular, general, and specialty procedures
• Excellent clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
