Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Naples, FL 34108
Schedule: 5 days per week, 32-hour guarantee | Day shift
Compensation:
• Up to $1,440 weekly (local candidates within 50 miles)
• Up to $1,760 weekly (travel candidates outside 50 miles)
Position Summary
An Occupational Therapist is needed to provide therapy services that help patients improve independence, adapt to their environments, and regain necessary skills for daily living. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers to promote successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical and psychological assessments of patients and develop or follow treatment plans
Evaluate patient home and work environments, recommending adjustments as needed
Recommend adaptive equipment to assist with daily living activities
Develop rehabilitation programs to help patients regain skills and independence
Support patients in preparation for returning to work and other daily activities
Educate caregivers and family members on patient care strategies
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as appropriate
Maintain professional knowledge and stay current with advancements in occupational therapy practices
Required Skills and Experience
Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
1–2 years of occupational therapy experience
Strong assessment, communication, and patient care skills
Education and Licensure
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
