Job Title: Security Analyst – Consultant (ISSO)
Location: Columbia, SC (Fully Onsite, 5 days/week)
Duration: 12 Months

Overview:

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Security Analyst – Consultant (ISSO) for an exciting job in Columbia, SC.

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct architectural reviews and risk analysis to support secure decision-making.
• Lead the design, development, and maturation of security and compliance initiatives.
• Audit and assess internal systems as well as partner/provider information system security controls.
• Document and report audit findings and security compliance efforts using tools such as Archer eGRC, Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems.
• Review and evaluate security requirements for contracts, data sharing agreements, and business associate agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party audits and assessments.
• Provide guidance to leadership, partners, and stakeholders on security and compliance risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years IT/security experience with IBM zSeries, Windows, Linux, databases, networks, and web apps
• Prior FISMA-compliant program and eGRC systems experience
• Health IT background preferred
• Certifications (ISC², ISACA, SANS GIAC, or equivalent) required
• Strong communication, auditing, and compliance expertise

Preferred: BS in Computer Science (or 10+ years experience), ITIL, and cloud/vendor security experience.

Note: Candidate must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate before start.
