Licensed Practical Nurse – Patient Care Specialist - LPNMO

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Patient Care Specialist 
Location: Missouri (various sites) 
Duration: CONTRACT 

Responsibilities 

• Deliver patient-centered care with oversight from doctors and RNs. 

• Monitor patient vitals, manage medications, and provide wound care. 

• Assist patients with ADLs (activities of daily living). 

• Enter and maintain clinical notes in EMRs. 

• Foster teamwork and collaboration in care delivery. 

Qualifications 

• Missouri LPN license required. 

• At least 1 year of experience preferred (graduates considered). 

• Must hold BLS/CPR certification. 

• Compassionate, organized, and team-oriented.
