Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) 
Location: Facilities across Missouri 
Duration: CONTRACT 

Responsibilities 

• Provide direct nursing support under the supervision of physicians/RNs. 

• Record vitals, administer medications, and care for wounds. 

• Support patients with daily tasks and mobility assistance. 

• Ensure proper documentation in EMRs. 

• Collaborate with team members to promote a safe care environment. 

Qualifications 

• Active Missouri LPN license required. 

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; open to new graduates. 

• Current BLS/CPR certification. 

• Effective communication and patient care skills.
