Job Overview:
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking  Senior Business Analyst – Agile Product Owner/Business Analyst for an exciting job in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Agile SDLC: requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, and post-production maintenance.
• Gather and document business requirements by facilitating JAD sessions and analyzing workflows.
• Prioritize requirements for sprints and manage scope using Agile techniques (MOSCOW, etc.).
• Use JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint to manage requirements and track progress.
• Validate data and run queries using tools like TOAD and SQL.
• Monitor system operations, track tickets and error reports, and resolve issues.
• Prepare documentation including business analysis summaries, presentations, and detailed design documents.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Review regulatory changes and recommend system modifications as needed.
• Mentor junior staff on business operations and eligibility systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Agile product owner/business analyst roles.
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional/system design, testing, and change management.
• Experience with Agile SDLC, scoping, prioritization, and requirements management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with team members and management.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior staff.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, SQL, TOAD, and MOSCOW techniques.
• CSPO/CBAP certifications preferred but not required.
