Job Overview:
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking  Senior Developer for an exciting job in Quincy, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using Java, XML, HTML, and related technologies.
• Analyze requests for new systems or maintenance, determine feasibility, and document input/output procedures.
• Test programs, prepare test data, review results, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write test plans, task lists, and status reports as required.
• Provide production support, including evaluating defects, investigating causes, and implementing solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in solution design and hands-on development of web applications using Java EE and JBoss Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis & Design, UML, Eclipse, SOAP, REST (Apache CXF), and Java frameworks like Spring or similar.
• Experience developing web and mobile projects using Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Web Services, Hibernate, JavaScript, AJAX, and JQuery.
• Integration experience using Web Services/SOA and EJB on JBoss.
• Strong backend experience with frameworks like Hibernate or JPA and database knowledge including SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience in AGILE project development.
• Experience with Oracle, Unix Shell scripting, and SQL tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with eligibility rules engines.
• Health and Human Services domain experience.
