Job Title: Senior Applications Developer

We are seeking a Senior Applications Developer to support the migration of existing applications from legacy infrastructure to modern on-premises or cloud environments (Azure). The role requires expertise in modernizing legacy .NET applications, working with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This role involves occasional customer-facing interactions, requiring strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing web applications.
Develop new web applications and solutions using modern frameworks.
Migrate applications from legacy environments to newer on-prem or Azure cloud platforms.
Upgrade and modernize .NET frameworks for supported systems.
Interact with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines; manage CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; participate in on-call support as needed.
Collaborate with vendors, business integration specialists, IT security staff, project managers, and executive stakeholders.
Follow SDLC best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead technical projects as needed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (technical & non-technical).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of computer operations, platforms, DBMS, programming languages, and controls.
Proficiency in SDLC principles and best practices.
