Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Developer
Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (Tentative)

Job Overview:
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking Artificial Intelligence Developer for an exciting job in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve business problems
• Research and prototype innovative AI applications
• Preprocess, analyze, and clean large datasets for AI models
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions in production environments
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical guidelines
• Document development processes and outcomes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with teams while managing independent work assignments
• Provide regular updates on progress and challenges

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Familiarity with LLMs and NLP models
• Experience with AWS AI tools, SQL, R, Snowflake or similar tools
• Knowledge of benchmarking and evaluation metrics for ML models (a plus)
• Ability to understand business requirements and regulatory needs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a programmer/developer (healthcare experience preferred)
