Pay Rate: $45 – $50 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA/BCBA) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Fulton, MO.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for patients with complex behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor treatment effectiveness.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care.
Train and support staff in behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques.
Document progress and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Promote a patient-centered, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment.
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Missouri state licensure (or eligibility) as required by law.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or developmental disability settings.
Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
