Job Summary

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Business Analyst for  an exciting job in Columbia, SC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

  • Analyze current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to capture business needs.

  • Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support business process redesign and documentation for new technology implementations.

  • Provide clear requirements and guidance to technical and testing teams.

  • Document and analyze data requirements, relationships, and business rules.

  • Manage requirements through change control, version control, traceability, and reporting.

  • Research and maintain business rules, requirements, and models in a repository.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to support project objectives.

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, recommending actionable solutions.

  • Participate in buy-versus-build decision-making and provide recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of business analysis experience with IBM Cúram software.

  • 1+ years of experience on government IT projects as a business analyst or in a related role.

  • 1+ years of experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business rules and processes.

  • 2+ years of experience with Medicaid Eligibility or other healthcare insurance programs.

  • Ability to write clear requirements and Use Cases.

  • Skilled in gathering requirements from business personnel and reviewing laws, regulations, and policy documents.

  • Knowledge of formal business process documentation and business modeling techniques.

  • Proficiency in graphical process flow software.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, management, project teams, and stakeholders.
