Job Title: RN Education (Project Manager)
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
We are seeking an experienced RN Education (Project Manager) to lead and advance system-wide nursing education programs. This role will focus on developing orientation, onboarding, competency assessments, and ongoing professional development strategies while ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
Develop and execute a comprehensive nursing education strategy, including orientation, competency, and professional development.
Serve as a thought leader and advisor to leadership on nursing education and workforce development.
Establish nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care aligned with regulatory requirements.
Ensure equitable access to educational resources across all facilities.
Lead initiatives supporting specialty certifications and advanced practice roles.
Collaborate with clinical leaders and use data to identify trends, competency gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Integrate innovative teaching methods such as e-learning platforms, simulation, and virtual reality.
Define and monitor metrics to evaluate the impact of education programs on outcomes, safety, and engagement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Advanced degree required: Ph.D., Ed.D., or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in NY.
Certification in Nursing Leadership required.
Proven nursing leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Hybrid Model: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
