Job Title: Food and Beverage Technician
Location: Springdale, AR
Duration: 3+ months (with possible extension)
Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (100% on-site)

Rate: $16/hr

  • This is a customer-facing role – customer service experience should be highlighted on resumes.

  • Initial term is 90 days, with the possibility of extension based on manager review.

Position Overview

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking Food and Beverage Technician for an exciting Local job in Springdale, AR. Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting fruits/vegetables, seasoning/slicing meats, and preparing sauces and salads.

  • Ensure food presentation meets high standards for product presentations, tastings, and meals.

  • Set up and clean training and dining areas as directed.

  • Clean and sanitize tableware, chafing dishes, and equipment before and after training events.

  • Take inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment; shop for additional needs as required.

  • Load and unload food, equipment, and supplies for training events and customer meetings.

  • Properly store clean dishes, platters, supplies, and equipment after each event.

  • Answer guests’ food-related questions and address concerns during events.

  • Prepare for training sessions by receiving, labeling, and storing product samples (freezer, cooler, or dry storage).

  • Print and prepare training materials (handouts, place cards, nametags, product cards, etc.).

  • Triple-check and pull all equipment/supplies prior to training (chafers, serving items, plates, etc.); create shopping lists for missing items.

  • Set up training rooms, move/arrange furniture, clean and prep tables, and place attendee materials.

  • Organize sampling rooms with banquet tables, chafer setups, snack/beverage stations, and kitchen serving needs.

  • Prep food/beverages per training day schedules and ensure timely service.

  • Clean and reset all training rooms, kitchens, and storage areas post-training.

  • Donate or properly dispose of leftover food/supplies.

  • Ship follow-up materials to attendees when required.

General Support

  • Assist Training Team and Foodservice Chefs for customer meetings, food shows, and photo shoots.

  • Support product shipping for field training and training material distribution.

  • Maintain inventory of equipment, foodservice tools, and commonly used supplies.

  • Stock office supplies as needed.

  • Perform miscellaneous computer tasks, including inventory control, distribution lists, training rosters, and printed materials.

  • Provide support for major food show shipping and logistics.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 25–30 pounds with ease.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer service experience in a food-related role.

  • Knowledge of food health and safety practices.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
