Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will lead and support portfolios focused on HR, Finance, and Workflow systems. This role will apply structured methodologies to process improvement and serve as the Process Lead for business and application transformation projects. The analyst will be responsible for driving business efficiency, improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing productivity through process optimization, while ensuring stakeholder alignment and organizational readiness.
Gather requirements and implement HR, Finance, and Workflow systems.
Lead process improvement initiatives for transformational projects.
Identify root causes, collect pain points, and recommend solutions for business and application enhancements.
Define, plan, and implement process improvement projects to reduce cycle time, minimize rework, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Drive decision-maker buy-in and stakeholder alignment for performance excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with Technology Solution Leads, Finance, and other organizational leaders to assess, track, and report business and financial impacts.
Provide regular project updates and reporting on objectives, risks, and progress.
Facilitate risk mitigation strategies and coach project teams.
Support organizational design, change management, and definition of roles/responsibilities.
Define and track success metrics to ensure change adoption and sustainability.
Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent).
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business improvements.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and achieve alignment toward common goals.
Exceptional problem-solving, root cause analysis, and critical thinking abilities.
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
Resilient, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
Deep business acumen with an understanding of organizational challenges.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and the full project lifecycle.
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Black Belt or Master Black Belt REQUIRED
Black Belt with 3–4 years of experience facilitating process improvement projects, OR
Green Belt with 15+ years of experience driving transformational initiatives.
