Job Title: RN – Psych Pool

Duration: 3 month contract (Extendable)

Work Location:- Phoenix, AZ

Shift timing:- Evening (12:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

Requirement:  AZ RN license, and BLS

Job Description:

• Evaluate and respond to youth health concerns; provide guidance on treatments and procedures.
• Obtain and process blood, urine, and other sample specimens.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in youth vitals or health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and observe for adverse reactions.
• Conduct intake health screenings for newly incarcerated youth.
• Provide direct patient care and respond to medical emergencies for both youth and staff.
• Consult and coordinate treatment plans with healthcare team members.
• Maintain and update accurate medical files, records, and reports.
• Ensure medical supplies and equipment are stocked and accounted for.
• Administer vaccinations and assist with annual tuberculosis (TB) skin testing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Competencies

• AZ RN license, BLS, Fingerprint card
• Knowledge of professional nursing methods and techniques.
• Strong ability to observe, assess, and document patient behavior and progress.
