We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with procedure room experience to join our clinical team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute medical/surgical nursing, advanced IV and phlebotomy skills, and proven experience in conscious sedation. This role is essential in supporting dental and minor surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy with accuracy and efficiency
Monitor and support patients during conscious sedation procedures
Apply acute med/surg expertise to assess and respond to patient needs
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and care quality throughout procedures
Collaborate with dental and medical teams for seamless clinical workflows
Maintain precise and compliant clinical documentation
Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Active and unrestricted New York State RN license (Primary Source Verified)
Minimum 2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience
Demonstrated proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Experience with conscious sedation in a clinical setting
Required Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
